I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. My research interests revolve around human-environment interactions within the field of land change science. More specifically my work is focused on multi scale analyses of land use land cover change; climate-land interactions; land change modeling; advancement of remote sensing techniques for spatial analysis; and socio-ecological implications of conservation strategies.
My hope is that these pages will introduce you to who I am and what I do. Have a look around and enjoy the photos – all of which were taken during various adventures!
